We primarily use STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. For engineering projects, STEP files are also accepted and often preferred for precision.

Pricing depends on material volume (grams), printing time, and post-processing requirements. Our minimum order starts at 500 BDT.

Standard prints usually ship within 24-48 hours. Larger projects or batch orders may take 3-5 business days depending on complexity.

Yes! If you don't have a 3D file, our engineers can design one based on your sketches or reference images for an additional fee.

PLA+ is great for display pieces. PETG is best for mechanical parts. TPU is for flexible items. Contact us if you're unsure.

We deliver nationwide via Pathao or RedX. Within Dhaka, same-day delivery via courier is available for completed prints.

Absolutely. We stock 20+ colors including Silk, Matte, and Transparent finishes. Mention your preference in the description.
